Need help with getting % of a cell

So i made a monthly financial worksheet that i like, but i want to split my left over money into 2 cells.

Example of what i have (cell numbers are not accurate)

Income total -- =A1+A2+A3
Bill total -- =C1+C2+C3+C4
Other total -- E1+E2+E3+E4

Subtotal -- =income total - bill total - other total

Now i want to take my subtotal and split that into 2 cells one for savings and one for spending
say like,
1/3 or 1/4 into spending
2/3 or 3/4 into savings

Is this possible? If so how? If you need my actual formulas and cells i can get them, Thanks for the help!

why yes of course

so say you want c5 to be the 2/3 to checking and your sub total in c4 and 1/3 to savings in cell c6

in cell c5 put this formula

So you can put in the arbitrary cell value for your subtotal in place of the "C4" in the formula
