Calculate Start & End Date & Month for Each Week In Fiscal Year

Looking for formulas that can calculate the start and end dates for each week in a fiscal year as well as the month that the week is in - with the fiscal year starting always on July 1st.

So cell A1 would be starting date 7/1/2014.

cell A3 would have a value of 1 for week #1.
cell B3 would have a value of 2 for week #2.
cell C3 would have a value of 3 for week #3.


cell A4 would have the month for week #1 (so July)
cell A5 would contain the calculate starting value of July 1 (Tuesday)
cell A6 would contain the calculate ending value of July 5 (Saturday)

cell B4 would have the month for week #2 (still July)
cell B5 would contain the calculate starting value of July 6 (Sunday)
cell B6 would contain the calculate ending value of July 12 (Saturday)

cell C4 would have the month for week #3 (still July)
cell C5 would contain the calculate starting value of July 13 (Sunday)
cell C6 would contain the calculate ending value of July 19 (Saturday)

and so on.

And I would want the flexibility to change the starting and ending values of each week to start/end on different days such as:

* Always Sunday and Saturday
* Always Monday and Friday

etc.
