how to get all rows that have only one manufacturer

Hello Excel Gurus,

Thank you for taking your valuable time into looking at my problem.
I am trying to find the best match of the duplicated data that I have.
I have around 100,000 rows of data and lots of data is duplicated.
I used pivot tables to find the duplicates and copied that data into an excel sheet.
Now my data has an item number and manufacturers attached to the item number.
How can I find all the item numbers that have only one manufacturer is my question

I want only those items which have a single manufacturer to be displayed.
Can this be done with a formula?
Or whats the best approach to achieve this?
