My formula that does the work almost at 99%
has a defect by just 1%
=COUNTIF(A:A,A1)
ALEX MAITERI,
ALEX MAITERI
It wasn't able to detect this as duplicate just because the first name had a comma sign
Assume the names are on column a1 , formula want on cell f1 , to be able to smell that ,
the formula should find more than two similar words and plug TRUE or else FALSE
This means it should also plug true if it was
ALEX MAITERI
MAITERI ALEX
Similarly this too
MAK MAN
MAK ALI MAN
