formula having a cell reference which has to be divided by the value of that cell ref

i have a problem that i made formula to calculate which is having a cell reference containing some value which has to be divided that is the dividing value is same to all in common but the multiplication value cell references are different please kindly check the attachment for reference

blue cells values are individually multiplied by 100 and then divided by green cell value. Green cell value is common to all blue cell values for a batch and green cell value is dependent on red cell value for a batch

Please kindly solve this for me

All you are missing is a $ in your formula.

enter: =(C11*100)/(D$9) into D11 and fill down
