marking the new entries and the differences in 2 excel sheets

Hi

I have 2 different excel, one old and one new and i would like to compare them and see if there is any changes in 3 different criteria (name, code EOΦ and price). for example, If i have the same name and the same code but different price on the new excel i want the specific product to be marked. Also i would like to know if there is new entries or excluded products. I have no idea how can i do that...
Every sheet has more that 10.000 records. test PHARM.xlsx
