    Conditional formatting

    Hello
    I really need help.
I have a column with due dates and a column that says completed (Y/N). I would like the the column with Y/N to turn red if the Today() exceeds the due date and in the Completed (Y/N) Column it still says N.
    Please help.
    Thanks
