Formula to find the employee and calcualte Hours worked

Hello:

Please refer to attached file.
I have data for employees in column A with name of employees and clockIn-Out info.

I need a formula to summarize the clockIn-out for employees in column N and P.
(ClockIn, Clock Out and calcualte total hh.mm worked) for employees shown in column M and date shown in N1,Q1, etc

Hello:

Please refer to attached file.
First look for employee#1 as in column M and compare with data in Range A1:C50.
If it finds employee#1 then look for COUNTER Clock In/Clock Out

Once it finds then use next column as clockIn and ClockOut info and add that in column N and O
I believe OFFSET formula should do the trick, however I will need some help.
