I have a range U3:Z3. I want to find the max value of that range and depending which column the max value is in I need to return a certain word in cell AC3.
So if the max value is in U3, i want to return "Ex" in AC3, if its in V3 then "Mm" in AC3 etc. Is there one formula I can put in AC3 that will do this? Thanks for the help.

What's the link between columns U, V, W..etc and "Ex", "Mm", "??" etc.
Do these text items appear on a different row in columns U:Z?
If so and assuming row 4 contains the values
