Dynamic Lists

    Hi All,

I would like to know if its possible to create a drop down list that acts like the table filter function.

In the attached workbook I have list of electric motors, this would be my product data base.

I would like to have a new sheet where I can select any of the properties (voltage, rpm, make, etc) from drop down menus and the other would filter just like when filtering a table.

So for eg if I select 24VDC in the fist option it would only show the 24vdc options in all of the other fields, just like a table filter. But on another sheet.

    Is this possible??

    Thank you.

    Hi, welcome to the forum

You already have that is a structured table, complete with filter drop-downs. Why not just use those dropdowns from that table?
    1. Use code tags for VBA.
Your Code
(or use the # button)

    Thanks for your response.

I would like than on another sheet so that I put different products below it and do the same.

For eg as per the attached.

I would like to use the 1st sheet as a configuration sheet based on the criteria of the product.

I hope this make sense and that its possible.
