Get value from another worksheet using COUNTIF

Hi,
I am trying to get the total count of "No" in Column B2:B20 and place the result in a different worksheet.

=SUM('10-2'!COUNTIF(B2:B20,"No"))

The formula above didn't work. Can someone please comment on what was wrong with this syntax and how I can get the correct result.

without seeing your worksheet this is just a guess....this assumes that your data is in worksheet "10-2" in columns B2-B13 and you can put the COUNTIF statement on a different worksheet....
