I have a small problem
In column C we have the process list and status is in column D. By comparing the status I need the each process total list. please find the attachment for your reference. shall we use the countif function.

in K5 to be copied across
=COUNTIFS($C$2:$C$20,$J5,$D$2:$D$20,K$4)
