I am trying to limit a user’s available selections in a data validation list based upon the contents of an alternate cell. For example, in cell A3, the data contained within will either be “Yes” or “No”. If the data in cell A3 is “Yes” then I need the data validation list to display 5 choices for the user to select. If the data in cell A3 is “No” then I need the data validation list to display only 1 of the 5 previously mentioned user choices. Any suggestion or help would be appreciated.
