    Link Excel Data Across Worksheets without zero in blank cells

    I have a master address list in a worksheet, and need to link that data into several subsets so I have created 8 additional worksheets, each of which I need to link to the master sheet. If I copy the data from the master sheet and paste special on any other sheet, I can have my data linked so that when I update the master sheet it updates the other sheet as well. So far, so good.

    Now the problem is any blank cells in the sub sheet now has the zero in it because the cell was blank on the master sheet. I want the cell to be blank on the sub sheet as well. The zeros need to be suppressed in some way. I can't check skip blanks on the paste special menu because that deactivates the paste link option.

    I should also note that I am on a Mac, but do have access to Windows with Kutools for Excel so if that program has something that can work I do have that as an option.

    Under "Excel Options / Advanced" there is an option to not show zeroes in cells with zero as a value. That could work.
    Failing that, conditional formatting could do the trick.
    Or an IF that's something like =IF(Sheet1!A1=0,"",Sheet1!A1).

    Only you would know which would be workable solutions for you as we have no sight of your workbook.
