Count Unique Values based on Column

Hello all,

I don't know if this is possible or not but thought I'd ask anyway.

I have a sheet of data and want to run a count on the values in Column E based on Column A. Please refer to attached.

# of plans with 1 Fund Code
# of plans with 2 Fund Codes
# of plans with 3 Fund Codes
# of plans with 4 Fund Codes
# of plans with 5 or more Fund Codes

Example Google, Inc ;

Fund Code = 368,

Reg Number = 368

It has only ONE PLAN


Example GE;


Fund Code = 10230501

Reg Number = Reg Number = 1023

It has 2 plans

1 and 5

Not sure how you are determining number of plans. Is it just how many times 1026 (for example) is repeated in Col C (or at the beginning of the string in A)?
Can there be duplicates in A?

I want to find out that, how many Fund code have each Reg Number for each Plan? any help? Please....

for example

LG stock

Reg Number - 1026 | Plan - 1 | Total Fund Code - 16

Reg Number - 1026 | Plan - 2 | Total Fund Code - 9
