So, I need to write a formula in cells A31:A48(merged) to check cells C4:C21 for "Focus" and then if it finds it change A31:A48 to match B4:B21 that has the focus in the row.
So for example IF "Focus" is found in cell C8 then A31:A48 should have the contents of cell B8. Focus can only be in C4:C21 once, it will never appear more than once.
Do you mean?
