Problem with SUM and VLOOKUP

I would like to get the formula right for the following formula. Attached workbook for your ref

VLOOKUP will return a single value from column N if it matches "HVAC" in column C.

I suspect you would be better with SUMIF or SUMIFS.

New quick method:
Select Thread Tools-> Mark thread as Solved. To undo, select Thread Tools-> Mark thread as Unsolved.

How to mark a thread Solved
Go to the first post
Click edit
Click Go Advanced
Just below the word Title you will see a dropdown with the word No prefix.
Change to Solved
Click Save
