Help with formula, cell showing total % but if range is <= -6, change % to zero

Hi, this is my first post!

I'll try and explain it best I can, I've been drinking..

I've got a list of questions which based on the answer gives a score, for example:

    If Cell A1 is "Good", then B1 = 10
If Cell A1 is "Average", then B1 = 5 etc

There are 2 columns, the actual score, and the total score they could've got.

Then there is a cell which works out the score percentage for example J9/K9

In the list of questions, there are 5, which if they get a "bad" will give them a -2 score.

I've got to work it out, that if they get 3 of these wrong, then it's an automatic fail.

So anything out of these 5 questions -6 or lower is a fail.

Is it possible to create a formula which will show the total percentagee score, but in the range of these 5 questions, if it totals -6 or lower, change the percentage figure into a 0%?

Or does anyone have a better way of doing it?

    I'm using Excel 2010
