CountIF for total of completed on time items

    Hello,

I've been really struggling to do something I thought was relatively simple. Well I guess not for me. Anyways. I have attached a sample to explain what I need better.

I need a formula that will return the number of total items that were completed on time compared to the target date.

You will see in F2 the answer is 3. That is the correct answer. You will also notice one of the items has no completion date but the due date was for yesterday. So no matter what it is past due.

How do I get this number with a formula?

I sure this is quite simple but I'm hitting a road block.

    Thank you,

    - Justin

I tried in my actual workbook and its not working. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. I'm getting 7 when I should get 6 since one of the items was completed late.

Yes, I had the formula backwards thank you very much. Before I mark this thread solved I'm going to test a few things out to ensure I didn't forget anything.
