Hyperlink cell in another sheet based on value.

Hi Guys,

Need your expertise to improve my mini project. It’s a floor plan of workstations that I need to check if it’s up and running. I also need hyperlink that will bring me to a different sheet based on its value. I’m attaching my sample file, hoping someone can make my ideas into reality. Here’s the list of actions I need to include in this project.

1. Create hyperlink in cell “J7” in “Map” matching its exact value in “A:A” in “Records”.
2. Conditional Formatting in Icon Sets that will work based on “Yes” or “No” value.
3. Automatically insert a comment based on its value with reference on another sheet.
