Question =replace formula ever changing data

Hi my name is Chris and thanks for taking the time to read this post. I have a lottery pool spreadsheet im working on for work. On the right side of work book i have the lotto drawn numbers for wednesday and saturday that i will input as they come out.(located in cells ac.3 to ap.53) was wondering if there is a way to copy numbers i enter to the boxes located O.21 TO T.22 or the graphic of lotto balls below in there text box. The work book shows both ways with graphic for saturday and no graphic for wednesday. once you see workbook you will understand more clearly. thanks in advance for any help.

    Hi,

in O21 to be copied to the right (Wednesday's numbers)

    =LOOKUP(2,1/(AC3:AC53),AC3:AC53)

    -----------------

    (Saturdays numbers) same formula :

    =LOOKUP(2,1/(AK3:AK53),AK3:AK53)

you could copy the formulas below the lotto balls and adjust "transparency" format.

    Cheers

    Hello,

Click on the textbox, and delete the current value. In the formula bar, you can put a lookup value, and the textbox will reflect whatever value you look up. For example, a simple way to test this would be to delete the 37 in the first lotto ball, then in the formula bar type =AK7 and the 37 will be pulled into the textbox. You can construct a lookup to reference the most recently populated row, or have it changed based on a date cell that someone could manipulate.

    Hi,

    please see the attached file.

You could place the green formulas wherever it's good for the organization of your file (for istance: under the lotto's balls )

Then you have to adjust the references on Lotto's balls.

    Hope it helps
