I just changed a process in my daily routine. The process is more faster.
I am trying to calculate now what quality had changed using the new process. I mean, seen from managerial point of view.
There some formula for calculating efficiency and productivity. I know to calculate efficiency and productivity in a production, for example when car factory use a new process to produce cars, but I don’t know how to calculate efficiency and productivity in a service business, like to calculate what a new process reflect to the clerk’s routine.
I also wanted to know if anyone here knows others factors, besides efficiency and productivity, related with a changing process.
