    Question How to copy formula skipping multiple rows

    I have uploaded a sample. Can somebody provide some help in this matter.

    You are going to have a difficult time working with formulas and merged cells, a format adjustment would make this much simpler to calculate.

    Would a format like the below be usable?

    SI | Name | Hours Worked | Attendance | Overtime |
    1
    2
    3
    4
    5
    You should hit F5, because chances are I've edited this post at least 5 times.

    =OFFSET(TIMETBL!$FE$4,INT((ROWS(D$3:D3)-1)/3),0)
    Try this in D3 and copy towards down
