back dating ratio of am to pm calls from raw data

hi all

i am trying to get a running average ratio from am to pm calls.

for instance i want to know the ratio of am to pm calls to seen for each different day that the raw data has.

i have no idea how to do this or how to really explain it :/ sorry about that if you view the attached document you might see what i mean.

Not sure what you are asking for. In your example, on 7/1/2014, you have 30 "seen" AM calls and 17 "seen" PM calls. Do you just want the ratio of those?
