Need help with IF and Or Function

Good day,
Im busy with my project and need help with a small thing which i cant resolve.
Under you see a screenshot of my excel sheet and heres the problem.
Its in Dutch btw but it shouldnt matter.
You see 3 columns : Voldoet aan Fit Norm - Voldoet aan Combi norm- Voldoet aan NNGB
Now, at Fit Norm and NNGB You see - Ja and Nee .
Now i need to make a IF Formula for the column Voldoet aan Combi Norm.
I need to get that when either Voldoet aan Fit Norm is 'Ja" or NNGB has a "ja" Combi Norm should get "Ja' too when either 1 of those has a "ja"
It should be done with a IF and Or Formula but i dont know how.
So when 1 of those 2 Columns has a "ja" the middle column should be 'Ja"

Hope i explained as best as possible.

damn its giving me an error at "C2" , A2 i can change in my cell but when i put the C2 its not working, could i maybe send my sheet to you in a mail and you fill the formula there? would help me so much!

PS. check if you should not use semicolons instead of commas in NL version of excel (may be also translated functin names). For instance In PL version I have to write:
