Hi, I am trying to return a value (month key) by looking up ID and Date (within a range). I have tried several different formulas with index and match but have been unsuccessful. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
The user will enter the ID and Date and this information will be checked against ID (column A) and Start Date (column B) and then returning the values from Column F. I'll also use the same formula to look up year key in Column G.

an attempt: date in K2 must fall between start and end dates.
