I am trying to use SUMPRODUCT to Rank the following Points closest to zero in Avg HRs. and the COUNTIF formula to eliminate duplicates. Here is the formula I am using: =SUMPRODUCT((ABS(R3-1)>ABS(R$3:R$22-1))+0)+1+COUNTIF(R3,R$3:R$22)-1
I am still getting duplicates in my Ranking, does anyone know how to fix this problem?

Please upload the workbook not pictures of it as advised in the rules area. Most of us prefer not to rebuild your workbook when it's already available.
