External cell reference based on hyperlink in a cell in the active sheet

when you make a hyperlink it gets the form :

\\ABOGSERVER\Data\Sydney\Templates\Gemeente_DD-MM-JJ.xlsm

to make this function work

=IFERROR(INDIRECT("'"&G5&"Planning"&"'!"&"$J$3");"")

i need it to look like this

\\ABOGSERVER\Data\Sydney\Templates\[Gemeente_DD-MM-JJ.xlsm]

anyone got any experience with this ?
is there a setting for this ?
Im aware of changing it manually but i'm looking for an automated function
