Insert New Row by Using IF Formula

Hi,
Am Using Excel 2010. Now i want to Insert a New Row by using IF Formula. I have 2000 rows datas. Here i have data like below. Now i want to insert new row if row have same value (first Row: 0, Next Row also: 0)
Please help me how to split?.......

Hi, welcome to the forum

You cannot insert a row using any regular formulas, you will need VBA for that.
