    I need a tweak with Macros, getting error because of zero value for my IF condition...

    I have a spreadsheet that I need a tweak with Macros. So from column F-M I need to get the Lowest Post in the column N and name of Post in Column O. if the column is empty/0 (zero) it should be ignored and only get the positive number greater than zero.

    attached is the sample spreadsheet.
