Post Reports in tables from common database setup

    Hello Excel experts!

I have a slight problem I hope you can all help me with. It should be fairly easy, but I just cannot seem to find the solution!

In my attachment I have two example sheets. One is a database with every line like underneath
    Unit Year Month Data
    NES 2014 2 654654

In the real table, there are multiple different unit names, multiple years and multiple months.

The other sheet is a report table. It would have a setup looking somewhat like this:

    For 2014
    Unit 1 2 ...
    NES 4984 654654 ...
In my real file, multiple tables needs making for different units, years and so on.

So what I need is some kind of function like a VLOOKUP that can get a value based on more than one criteria, so a cell will automatically get the reference which is for the right unit, year, month.

    How can this be done?

    Hope you can help,

Yeah, I forgot to put in data, you are right! I'll try your formula a little later. One question though: I guess I can replace the action on error with anything instead of just "-"?

Yes. "-" just shows that no value is returned. You may replace it with anything as per your choice.
