Combine Cells Based on Adjacent Cell

Hello,

I have a list of every item I have ordered from a specific vendor, with a row for each item, each time it has been ordered.

Description Units Unit Price Extended
4mm Pearl 10 3 30
4mm Pearl 5 3 15
4mm Pearl 15 3 45
6mm Pearl 10 4 40
6mm Pearl 15 4 60
8mm Pearl 20 5 100

I need to combine the rows with the same description, and combine the units to something like this,

Description Units Unit Price Extended
4mm Pearl 30 3 90
6mm Pearl 25 4 100
8mm Pearl 20 5 100

The Unit price can vary, so if at all possible I would like the extended price to reflect this (1unit@$2 +1unit@$3 = $5 extended), but the unit addition/description merging is what I am most interested in.
