Formula that will pull from a "annual" tab and drop into a summary page

    Good Afternoon,
I am creating an overtime sheet and summary page based on data entered on the tab dated by year (which I plan to create more if I can get it to work) that will auto fill into the summary page when I choose the year from the drop down on the summary page. I can not figure out which formula to use I tried lookup and indirect and did not get the results I was looking for.

    Thank you in advance

    Sabrina

If you are not stuck on your data layout take a look at the attached. I changed your dates to actual dates, and you can extend the layout for new months.
(If you only have those 4 departments, then I suggest you swing the table round so the dates go down and the depts go across the top)
