Next Thursday Date

I'm trying to create a formula which shows the date of the next Thursday from a date which is in A1,

However, the deadline for submitting things for this meeting (next Thursday) is the Tuesday of the same week, so if the date in A1 is past that Tuesday, the date of the next Thursday, should be in 2 weeks time. I can work out the formula for the next Thursday, but not if the date is past the Tuesday of the same week,

Here's an example of dates & cells

A1 - Date Received - 12/11/14
B1 - Next Thursday - *This is the date I'm trying to get*

Attached; I've manually entered in data to 'Date of Meeting Submission Deadline' and 'Date of Next Meeting'.

As previously mentioned 'Date of Meeting Submission Deadline', is the Tuesday before each Thursday, when a 'Date Received' is after this date, it is pushed back to the meeting the next week,
