    Incrementing Reference in Formula

    Hi All,

    I was wondering if someone could help me with a formula.

    What i'm trying to achieve is have a formula that increment the reference by the number entered in a specific cell. I have attached a VERY basic example of what i'm trying to get to. If this does not make sense, please feel free to ask any questions.
