Summing up numbers that are marked in red

Hi to all the geniuses,

I was wondering if it's possible to sum up values marked in a certain color ??

For instance, if I have 1 , 2, 3 in 3 different cells, is it possible to add up only the numbers in red? (1 and 3) ?
