[SOLVED] Conditional Formating or any suggest method

I have 2 tables. I need to compare the contend on these two. If the items are not identical to each other, any un-matched items will show up in red.

I think I need to use Conditional Formatting. If there is any method I can use will be fine as well.

Take a look at this

You'll need 2 CF formulas:
In table 1:
=A4<>A19
with the range changed to cover all cells in table 1.
In table 2:
=A19<>A4
with the range changed to cover all cells in table 2.
