Find top n customers (sumif with duplicates) by amount

Hi!

Trying to sum up the customers by type and then find top 10 customers according to the amount (Rank, CustomerName, Amount) .
The problem is that some customers have the same amount.

I'm using Excel 2010.

I would use a pivot table.

It's only sample of data.
Original data has 200+ columns with various type of amounts and cca 15000 rows.
We currently use pivot tables for this task and it took us all day to finish the report (once a month).
This is an attempt to automate this tedious process.
