Lightbulb Formula for parsing and combining dates

    Hey Guys,

I'm not quite sure how to get this done properly. I've looked all over the internet. In fact I don't know how to even search for it quite right, so I apologize if I'm duplicating a post.

    Here's my issue.

I have a call log, which is roughly 20,000 lines long. It dates back to May 1st and has multiple inbound/outbound calls daily. I'm looking for a formula that will calculate all the days and tell me how many calls were made daily in the entire document.

The document consists of these columns: A: Phone Number, B: Date, C: Time.

I've found different formulas for adding dates nothing that matches what i'm looking for exactly.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you in advance!

Thanks so much for the quick reply.

I removed some confidential information from the document and attached it.

Again, trying to figure out how to formulate all the calls made daily.

So I got the PT to combine the dates, but it doesn't count out the number of calls made out on each date. Any suggestions?

    1. Sheets Pivot Table is what i mention before.
    2. Sheets Sample(v1): I do 2 formula, 1 is count for all kind of call, another is only count for "Call Connected" only. And i only did 3 months for you.

I appreciate this. I'll dissect the document and learn how you put this together. Thank you so much.
