Hi ,

I need help here.

Requirement = A simple vlookup to find out how many orders are in Transit but it should show result only when there is no returns which has come back.

Attached is the file FYA.Refer "Transit" coloumn AT.It picks one condtion but how do i add a similar condition to exclude RPR as well.

Are you trying to count how many orders are in transit when Return Type is "-", or do you want a VLOOKUP?

yep I need to find out how many are in transit , the vlookup is also required to pull the data from panel status to know the aging

hello , as understanding , you can make many condition by using (&) and make a new fuction ex( A= (if ....... )&(if=.......)&(if=.....)etc

Can you try and clarify this statement? VLOOKUP based on what criteria? The COUNT of how many orders are in transit that don't have a return type will evaluate to a number, not an order.

This seems too simple but if you change the formula in column AT to as below does that give you what you want?

I need someones help here i had posted a request in this forum but till to date its unsolved.

We have a combo sales made the hectic work is not dispatching it but to separate the SKU to get the count of style,color,size that is dispatched to minus them with the overall stock .

RCHN refers the product code
the product code is not found in SKU description sheet

is their a formulae Siva to expand the SKU and take the count under the right style,size & color..

i think it is not what you are looking for
but it give some idea

some of the transactions have multiple products for example RCSH-W-B-RCPT-B-RCRN-RB-RCHH-CM-XL
this type of transactions will create problem

It looks like you need a Pivot table to get totals by SKU. then you can subtract the totals on the pivot from your stock. As long as you have unique SKU numbers this will work.
