Reference worksheet using cell value

I have a formula to try and retrieve a value from a cell in another worksheet. I want to reference the value of the worksheet by placing the name of the worksheet in cell C1, for example, I have a worksheet called "July 14". In my current worksheet which is called August 14, in cell C1 I have typed in "July 14". What I want is a formula on my August 14 worksheet that will find the value in worksheet "July 14" cell F41 but it must reference the July 14 worksheet through cell C1. I have tried the following formula but it didn't work:

=INDIRECT(C1&"!F41")

Any help would be much appreciated.
