Getting information from a list based on the first column

Hello,

I don't think what I want to do is clear from the post title, so I'll explain it better: I have a worksheet that is a list of clients, with each column being a different information on the client and the first column is a client code. I want to make another worksheet that selectively grabs info from the list, for example: When I type the client code on a cell, I want some other cells to get info for a specific column, like when I type the client code on A1, I want B1 and C1 to retrieve the phone number and address of the client, respectively.

If anyone can help me, even by just narrowing my search for an answer, I'll be very grateful. Thank you.
