Copy rows to new sheet if value of cell entered greater than 1

I have an inventory workbook. I would to populate a shopping list from two of the sheets. There is an existing thread on this from 2008 but I am not able to replicate it for my workbook. Would someone mind helping me correct the formulas?

Hi shahzzy, I looked at that older thread and added in the ISNUMBER part, trimmed it down slightly to make it a tiny bit easier to follow, and changed the formula in column G of your "Front Desk" sheet.

This part of the formula (in 'Front Desk'!G4) "IF((F4-E4)/C4>=1" removes fractions of pckg.
If you can order, for example, 0.25 pckgs then change it to "IF((F4-E4)/C4>=0"
