Name Randomizer Without Returning Blank Cells

Hello, I have a formula I just can't get quite right. I created a name randomizer to generate a list of students with good attendance for an incentives program at a school. But, to keep things simple for everyone, I wanted to try and get it so it does not generate blank cells. The problem is that if the formula and list have different numbers, it will either cut off names or randomly generate blank boxes. This is what the formula looks like in action and I'd rather not have to change the formula every time we do a drawing. I figure there's a way to do this.

Try it this way.

I figured it out. Here is the working formula:

=INDIRECT("C"&RANDBETWEEN(1,COUNTA(C:C)))
