Filtering and Pasting

Hi-

I have a very large file with about 20 headers total. I filtered on my LocationName header to show all the Blank fields in this column. I have all the names that I would like to paste into these blanks fields, but excel won't allow me to paste it all. It only will paste the first blank field missing and that is it. Is there away around this? I don't want to have to copy and paste one name at a time to put it into my filtered spreadsheet.

Please upload a sample file, it then makes your query clearer. If possible also a required outcome sheet in the same file.

If you have consistent data in another sheet you may be able to use a Vlookup formula that will place the data inside the required cells, thus solving your query.
