Sumifs problem

Hi

In Column A I have a specific value, and in column B I have like a value range (the value range from 10000-90000 in column B). I'm given a range that I have to sum it up. For example from each value in column B has a specific value in column A. in column B, there is 40000 and that 40000 has a specific value of 300,120 dollars (the 300,120 dollars is in column A). I have to sum up the specific values from range 40000-59999 to get the Sumifs.

How do I use the SUMifs formula to get the sum?
If you guys don't understand what I'm saying, I'll try to explain it a better way.
