Hi, kindly see attached excel. I am trying to develop a tracking sheet that will give the exact Pending Days from the Follow-up Sent date. This is visible in C2.

I also want to show the number of pending day/s in C3 and C4 after considering the Return Date in column B. I need help in developing a formula that works here. Appreciate any advice or support. Thanks in advance.

Use below formula which will give you difference in Followup sent and Return date and if return date is missing then it will consider current date
