Creating a search box or equivilant?

    Hi all,

I've got a worksheet with a large amount of data (thousands of rows). For example:

    A2: Booking ref
    B2: Name
    C2: Address
    D2: Phone Number

Ideally what I would like on a separate tab is to search for the booking ref (A1) and for it to bring all the information up on that row.

    Can anyone help please?

    Blake 7,

Thanks, this looks ideal. Can you advise how you have created the drop down box on your sheet? I'm assuming it's validation but I'm struggling to re-create it in my own file.

Hiya - In the workbook I uploaded I named the Range A2:A7 of the data sheet "BKRef" and then referenced this in the Data Validation ... List -BKRef.. Does this help

Please mark as solved if your issue is done, cheers
