Count function is not working | for time format

Hi,

As per attached file i am not able for get real count for those persons' work where std time was greater than 13:00 or 16:30.
so could you please help me on this.

change b5 down to
=--MID(A5,FIND("(",A5,1)+1,5) format cell as hh:mm
then f2 =COUNTIF(B5:B21,">15:00") gives a result of 7
