Question bring value from column header whenever "Yes" is found in the row

    Hello Experts,

I have a file with more than 350 columns ,most of cloumns are customer names in Row (3) which is header, now i want to bring the customer names whenever there is "Y" in any of the rows,
i could bring first customer only , using match("Y",C4:MR4,0) to bring Y position then vlookup to bring the customer name, now if i do count i find many "Y"'s in some rows, how can i bring all customers' names which have Y in same row?

i attached a sample for ref,

    thanks & Brgds,
